5725 La Gorce Dr. Miami Beach, FL – The construction of a 6,000 sq ft single family home to be sold at completion to a retail buyer
1622 NE 2nd Ave Miami, FL – The purchase and complete renovation of a 22,000 sq ft building to be leased to retail and office tenants, stabilized and managed by the Company
8290 SW 120th St. Miami, FL (Veridian Grove) – a 10.5 acre non-zoned property that was rezoned and approved for 21 single family home-sites in a private community. Homes will be constructed up to 7,000 sq ft on 15,000 sq ft home sites in a secure community with a variety of amenities and a wellness center.
